British Riding Pony. 12 years old. Impeccable manners and a gentleman with the ladies. Snaffle mouthed at all times.

Very well schooled and would excel in any of his previous experience including Dressage, Hunting, Pony & Riding Club,

Pleasure rides etc.  Excellent paces. Very showy and proud.  Likes to show off.  Good in traffic, hacks out all day long.

Alone or in company, front or behind.  He will never be a show jumper but enjoys XC fences at home.

Fun, fast and forward pony, although not fizzy.  Ideal 2nd pony for quiet confident rider. 

Educational/Fun home preferred rather than a highly competitive one. 

Good to shoe, bath, catch, lunge, clip etc.  All done on a regular basis at present.

Great character eager to please and quick learner.  Heartbreaking sale through no fault of his own.  Will be missed.

TRAVELLING: He has had an accident in a box (required no medical treatment) which has caused him to be nervous when travelling. 

Loads ok but panics slightly as you begin to pull away.  With practice i strongly believe that this will be overcome and will

 not be a permanent issue.  He has travelled since the accident in a lorry on his own with a mild sedative - no problems.

No practice has been done as everything is within hacking distance to me and did not intend to sell.

5 year old Mare, her Grand Sire is the well known RHETT BUTLER.

This mare had a foal last year and was broken during this winter.

Bailey is a beautiful looking horse.  He is extremely affectionate and a dream to handle on the ground.

His stable manners are impeccable and he is very good with small children. Confident in heavy traffic,

 but he is green and needs to be schooled to bring him on. He would be ideal for an intermediate rider,

who could teach him and bring out his full potential.  He is eager to please, learns very quickly and is responsive.
